ThetaHealing is the use of Theta Brain waves to change limiting beliefs in the subconscious and to accomplish physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. We’re in theta when we’re in REM sleep. It is the domain of our subconscious and the home of our positive and negative beliefs about everything. ThetaHealing is a new LifeTool using the principles of Quantum Physics as seen in the movie “What the Bleep.” ThetaHealing provides the personal tools to keep healthy on all levels in a society that brings daily stress.
You can either learn to do ThetaHealing for yourself or see a private practitioner/ThetaHealing Coach. In the 3-day Basic ThetaHealing class a participant learns step-by-step instructions to achieving a Theta brain wave state, how to find and change limiting beliefs, techniques for viewing the body of yourself and/or another person, and a protocol for doing instant healings on the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.
Just learning to immediately access a Theta brainwave is relaxing and an immediate stress reduction tool. In the Theta class you learn how to do this in a waking state. The class runs 3 days, usually from 10 to 6 each day. Not only do your get the technique, but you get loads of hands on practice.

WHAT DO YOU LEARN IN A THETAHEALINGTM BASIC CLASS?
ACCESS THETA BRAIN WAVES WHILE AWAKE. You will learn how to easily and quickly enter a waking Theta Brain Wave state. That alone is a stress reducer in our past-paced world. And you can access it most anywhere – not a good idea when you’re driving, although. people pay thousands of dollars just to learn to reduce stress in this way. Theta Brain waves are the slower brain waves that we enter in REM or dreaming sleep – the most beneficial part of the sleep cycle. Theta brain waves give you access to the powerful subconscious mind. Hypnosis uses theta brain waves, but most hypnotherapists will tell you that self-hypnosis is much more difficult than hypnotizing someone else. With ThetaHealingTM you do not have to go into a hypnotic state to make it work.
PRINCIPLES OF QUANTUM PHYSICS. Why would we teach the principles of Quantum Physics in ThetaHealingTM? Because it is the addition of the principles of Quantum physics to the theta brain waves that allow you to access of the power of ALL that is and to re-program your subconscious. Before our understanding and awareness of these principles, this kind of re-programming was hit or miss. It’s not that it didn’t exist, because some healers knew this stuff intuitively and used it regularly. Now it’s available to the rest of us.
BODY SCANS. You will be taught to do a body scan on both yourself and others as a way to see what is going on with the energy of the whole being. The body is a metaphor for our consciousness and our conscious is a metaphor for the body. When I use the word “see”, I mean much more than just seeing. What you will learn is how to use your predominant learning modality, be it hearing, seeing, feeling, to psychically become aware of what is happening in your own body as well as others with whom you may do a body scan.
HOW BELIEFS ARE CREATED AND HELD. Many of our core beliefs are developed when we are children. You may have wondered why children are so acutely impressionable. When we are born and throughout our early childhood, our brains are actually in a conscious, waking theta brain wave state. We are indeed little open books, with both positive and negative experiences imprinting deeply into our open minds. Our parents angry words, a childhood trauma, even a look of displeasure leads the open impressionable mind of the child to make meaning that there is something deeply wrong with them. These Core Beliefs: I’m bad, or not as good as, unlovable, not safe, etc., are based on the actions and reactions of our caregivers and others. Later, our brains grow and we develop cognitive skills and we enter the world of Beta brain waves which is our everyday mind. By 12, with the advent of hormones, this waking or conscious Theta Brain Wave State ends.
Why is this importantn is all these early impressions, experiences, and beliefs are folded into our subconscious. And as we know the subconscious mind controls 80% of our behavior. No wonder we wonder WHY we can’t change our behavior despite our best and persistent efforts, self-help courses, therapies, spiritual practices and plain common sense. If we could get at these beliefs that hold us back from our conscious minds, we would all be living fulfilled and thriving lives, full of self expression, contribution, and happiness.
FINDING THE SOURCE OF THE LIMITING BELIEFS THAT NEED RE-PROGRAMMING. In the second day of our 3-day workshop we begin to teach you digging, which is a way to get to the bottom, key or source beliefs underneath our experience of life. Wipe out or change that belief and many other beliefs just change automatically. Digging is the way you find the source of your limitations. It’s how you know what to change. With good digging techniques, an hour of theta takes the place of hours and hours of therapy. That’s one reason so many therapists are now using it. With our 3-day class you’ll have that skill/ tool in your personal toolkit.
A MODEL OF HOW THE UNIVERSE WORKS – From the healing capacity of rocks and minerals, to the efficacy of plant world, you’ll be shown a model of how healing works in the universe. This model includes where Shamans fit in the model, how and why there is such a duality here on earth, the hierarchy of the laws that govern the universe and how to access the power of ALL that is for change and healing.
