Self-Care -- Loving and Appreciating Your Body
Do you love your body or criticize it? What is the first thing that comes to mind if you are looking in a mirror? If it is critical, change it. Look at the body reflected in the mirror and let it know what you appreciate about it. Take 30 seconds and spend that time appreciating what your body does for you.
