Self-Care – Rest
Are you a “Type-A” personality – driven to accomplish and achieve. Are you one of those givers that just keep on doing for others even when you know you should stop and rest? Do you push your body to its limits and beyond? I ask these questions from experience – I do push myself often. And I’ve also found that rest is important – important to my overall functioning, my problem solving, my creativity, my ability to love myself and others.
One of the things that I love about ThetaHealing is that I can use it to get to sleep at night, and another is that I can use it to just relax and refresh myself in the middle of a full and busy day.
