PMSing? Theta Can Help!

I was on the phone with a friend yesterday who was having a lot of difficulty with cramps and bloating and generally feeling awful. Now my friend has done Theta, so I casually asked, did you pull the pain? You can do that with Theta pretty easily. She hadn’t. So I asked if she would like me to. An immediate reply of yes sent me up to Theta. Within 2 minutes she was commenting, “Oh, that feels so much better. I can feel it all relaxing. Why didn’t I think of that?”

Pain is one of the things that Theta can assist instantly, and over the phone. Another friend was having problems with headaches. We worked on the phone and within a few minutes the headache was gone.

There is one little catch. If the pain leaves and comes back, it means you have some sort of belief in your subconscious pulling it back. So, the catch is you need to be willing to look at that, and let it go. Sometimes they are pretty easy to find, sometimes not. It does all depend on the person.

The thing I love about Theta is that we can all learn to do if for ourselves. I love doing private sessions with folks and seeing the difference in them when major pieces of baggage (sometimes things they’ve worked on with therapists for years) leave so completely they have trouble remembering what it was we worked on. Even more than that, though, I love teaching the classes. In just 3 days, you can learn to do ThetaHealing for yourself. We all have the ability, it’s just learning how. And I have two classes coming up.

The Angel Festival

I had so much fun on Saturday.  Spent the day in lovely Sierra Madre, CA at the 14th annual Angel Festival.  A friend, fellow energy worker and networking buddy Mary Carney told me about this Festival.  I’ve been taking photos of Angel Clouds  since June of 2000 (The Angel Cloud on the masthead of my blog is the first one I took.), and I learned how to do Guardian Angel Readings in my Basic ThetaHealingTM Class, so I decided to play.  Another Theta Instructor and Practitioner, Sandra Franck, joined me about mid-day.

The sun was warm, but not too warm.  The leaves were turning a bit (though we don’t get the beautiful colors of more Northern climes) and the feel of fall was in the air.  The temp was in the high 70’s and low 80’s but with the soft breeze it felt cooler.  Is it just me or does 80 feel cooler in the fall than it does in the summer?  People were dressed in Angel costumes of many different sorts.  Candace Fraaze, the founder of the festival, had brilliant scarlet wings and shiny red eye lashes.

What about the guardian angels?  Each of us has at least one.  Most of us have more than one.  The ones I spoke with were so happy that their “person’s” wanted to find out what they had to say.  Our Angels and Spirit guides are there for us, but how often do we listen?  That’s the message I kept getting in different forms – “Please ask ___name____ to listen to us.  Or in some cases a great joy in the acknowledgment, __name____ is beginning to listen or often listens.  That’s a theme I heard in my readings over and over again.  There were also a lot of things that were person specific.

Part of what made the festival fun is that it is small and personal.  Everyone had fun getting to know everyone else.  I met Veenaa, a beautiful and delightful woman up the path from me who had been doing Angel readings and channeling readings all over the world.  She channels Mary Magdalene and others.  I saw her walking down the path toward me and I knew we had a connection. When she asked for a Hug, I was so very happy to comply.  Throughout the day we had an opportunity to exchange readings and get to know each other a little more.  Even as I write this, I smile with that feeling of joy bubbling up, knowing I have truly found a member of my soul family.

During my Teacher CertificationTraining, Vianna Stibal, founder of Theta Healing, had assisted all of us to open more fully to attracting, finding and connecting with the members of our soul family that are here, now.  Since her work with us, I have met at least 2 new people I feel deeply connected to.  Veenaa is definitely one of these folks and I look forward to seeing her again and learning more about her organization AIYU (AIYU means I am you and your are Me.  We are one in all that is.) which is currently raising funds for a healing and wildlife sanctuary in Orange County, CA.

Inspiring art, interesting and fabulous products, spectacular jewelry, and some amazing fused art glass were all represented.  The festival happens once a year, usually the first week in October.  When fall comes around again, it’s well worth a visit.  I certainly intend to be back next year.
